I am looking for some help with this camera. It is not switching to night mode and thus all I have is a black picture at night, unless I move it towards the moon or streetlights. I have it, and all of my other Dahua cameras connected to a DHI-NVR58A. The others, all 12MP fixed and PTZ, work fine. I've checked the NVR settings for this camera and switched it between auto and B/W but still no IR. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried reset to defaults? I'm not familiar with the interface on your camera. Best bet is reset to defaults and the defaults and see if that returns your night vision.
