No audio from web or iphone app.

have audio from the console app on the cam but on the iphone app the speaker icon is grayed out. same on the web site. but from the console i have audio on all of the cameras.
has been that way from the when i first install it and even with the latest version.
running on windows 10 but started out on windows 7 same problem.
 
i did some testing and the mic does work i can select the mic and speak and i can hear the audio at the cam but can not listen to the cam.
