No alert clips seen on after BI update

Alerts stopped working recently (v5.5.5.13). Review of logs revealed the 'ol security certificate aged out. Experienced this in the past, so I updated the server to latest version that BI deemed stable.

Alerts started flowing... but no clips appear as they had been previously.

Read here on IPCT about performing a 'repair & rebuild' on the clips that worked for some users after something similar occurred, but this has not had a positive affect.

Any feedback is appreciated.
 
A rebuild will delete all the old thumbnail alerts, but the video bvr files remain.
 
Totally spaced, and neglected to respond with a solution to this problem.

Deleted the app & settings from the mobile device & re-installed. Clips are now appearing again.
