Newbie needs help Sricam

I have a new Sricam and I got it working on my wifi I can see on my phone and PC so that part is setup. What I can't do is view the camera when I take my phone off my wifi. Also I can not get record to work on my PC. Any help??

Welcome to the forum. Sricam is junk and if you can still return it do it.
Your remote viewing problem is related to port forwarding, you need to properly set that up.

my cam is on port 81 and I did set that up in forwarding in my router. On my phone when I'm not on my wifi it keeps saying connecting hen it say's online and the goes back to connecting again.
