Hi guys wonder if you could shed any light i have a hikvision nvr and 6 4mp cams and a 4mp cube cam was all working fine until our virgin modem broke ,anyhow had a new one fitted the weekend and got my brother in law (a cctv company owner ) and he set it back up .It seemed all good works great in the house on my phone as on the same network but once once 4g i lose the cameras im using hikconnect .Ive been watching vids etc today as i didnt really want to call again on the brother in law and all his setting looks fine ,the ddns all works etc and i can login to the router with easy outside on 4g on the phone so the port forwarding is ok .Ive noticed if i reset my router the cameras come back on hikconnect on my phone for approx and hour then lose signal any ideas guys .
