Hi just had a new system fitted
3 x DS2CD2383GO-1-2.8 4k 8mp camera's
1 x NVR DS 7608NI-K2/8p
fitted 8 days ago
for the first 6 days every thing was great
day 7 the system went wrong
all the video footage is fuzzy when anything moves

post a video...likely your noise reduction is set to high
 
HI
noise reduction is set to 50 so i turned it down bit by bit the picture was worse
so turned it up bit by bit now on 100 picture looks better
camera speed is set to 1/25
when there is movement still fuzzy
and the night time the picture is bad
still working on how to post a vid

At 100 will cause issues.

for one, the shutter speed is too slow.

backlight -BLC off -WDR off -HLC off
white balance AWB1
DNR Normal - 100

For me there is no problems on these movies.

if you want to see people walking or running without ghosting or blurring
you need to increase the speed of exposure as mentionned by looney

by default your camera should be set to 1/25 on the Hikvision

try with a speed of 1/250
You have to know that the sensor sensitivity of the camera will allow you to have a clear picture and a fast exposure speed!

Your camera :

Min. Illumination:
Color: 0.01 Lux @ (F1.2, AGC ON), 0.028 Lux @ (F2.0, AGC ON), 0 Lux with IR
With high resolution you have bad low light capacity here 0.01 lux

the DNR was set lower the picture was bad very grainy
and how do you set the shutter to auto not found that option

Its a HIK no auto exposure 1/25 by default.

First off your video isn't all that bad.

Second, it isnt the style of camera that is the problem, its the sensor. You're seeing what many here have learned, which is that increased mega pixels doesn't necessarily mean better video, especially at night.

If you want great night video, look at the 2MP Dahua Starlight cameras or the HiK Low Light series
Performance Series

Regardless of the camera you'll need to play with the shutter setting and limit DNR to minimize motion blur. Often on mine those settings are different for day/night
