You need to look at the generations an i-5 8th generation is more powerful then an i7 7th generation desktop processor. You're either reading all threads or not paying attention to the price. The i7-4770 is six years old.

Thanks Fenderman, I just want to get something good that will last me for a long while, not to worry about the money, i am looking as my Christmas present.
I came accross this computer is a i5 nine generation:
Dell Inspiron 3470 Desktop, 2 Year Onsite Warranty, Windows 10 Pro, 9th Gen Intel Core i5-9400 6-Core 4.1GHz Proc w/Intel Turbo Boost Technology, 12GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM, 1TB HDD+128Gb SATA SSD, DVD RW

657.00 dollars.

Hello All
I have a question, do the same activation Keys I got when I purchased BI5 can be used on my new computer, or I have to request a new set of Keys, I sent an e-mail to BI no response yet, what is a good e-mail for BI? maybe I send it to the wrong place.
Please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Yes just deactivate it on the computer it is installed on now.

Thanks for your replay TL1096r, unfortunately this computer hard drive is bad and I am not able to boot up to windows, therefore I will try to get my keys and see if it works on the new computer.

I am certain BI on their end can help you deactivate for 1 machine to load to another. Just wait for their reply. It is a 1 man team and busy.

I was in the same situation as you (spinner shit the bed) and couldn't deactivate the key code. I did a clean install of Win 10 Pro on the new build and also used the opportunity to move to BI5 using the original key from BI4 to active BI5 without incident.

Edit: I should have also stated that my existing BI4 license was eligible for the BI5 upgrade, otherwise it would not have activated BI5 but probably would have still worked to activate BI4 without contacting support to deactivate the old install first.

Not sure if there is any long term ramifications to not deactivating my old install but I believe there is a certain amount of "slack" built into the activation process to allow for such a scenario. I wouldn't rely on it if you are able to deactivate the key as I suspect there is a limit to the developers generosity towards this situation.
