Due to Andy's Spring Sale, I did some upgrading :) Not that the old one has failed, but after 6 years It might outlast my ability to climb up there and swap them out. I am going to install the old one at Daughter's house for it's final resting place.
Now to start playing with the new features. :D

Looking good. Have it bolted in place? I never thought about putting one at the peak of the roof. Interesting.

great for storm watching or other things LOL I like the 360 option, but sucks getting up there to clean lens maintenance.

I made the custom mount to fit my gable framing. Pipe is .025 wall aluminum with a PFA111 welded on the end. Also have walk up floored attic for easy install inside. A few pics here:

Definitely Looks good for sky watching or as weather cam with wide open view on the roof. The only thing is you won't be able to see some area near the house because of the roof. Good job on the custom mount.:thumb:
