Overall, these mini PTZ cams are flooding Ali, so we should probably see better prices soon.

There's also a 2mp low light ptz with IMX185 instead of IMX178. It is fixed lens though and around the same price, which is surprising. It probably performs even better in low light.

I don't see it on their site. With fixed lens though I would prefer higher MP count.

Got sample image from the supplier, it's no Huisun for sure... (it does have English language) I am not going to try this. Btw, the price quote I got is total $165 shipped via DHL. ($132 cam + $5 POE)

It would be nice if they had one in a Mini Dome factor, so that it would be less obvious and more suitable for residential applications. Monica, states that a Mini Dome is currently being tested and schedule for release in 2016.
