Hi All,

I woke up this morning to one of our Dahua cameras behaving really oddly. almost seeing double is the best way to explain it. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they resolved it?

Here is a video clip:
I tried remote reboot, no joy.

Here is the camera info:

Device TypeSD10A848WA-HNF
System VersionV2.810.0000003.6.R.F.4821.UN.NR, Build Date: 2021-07-10

ONVIF Version18.12(V2.4.5.826858)
PTZ VersionV2.401.0000000.58.RHNAG_191213_34230

Looks like your camera is moving and its trying to stabalise. Check in web browser for the EIS setting that it is on

Thank you for helping. EIS is indeed on. I have disabled it, same thing. Camera is definitely not moving. I can hang from it no problem, it's really solid.

thank you

Can you still pan and zoom it normally? As above, does look like something is moving within the cam and causing some vibration.

Wild guess, the fan in the cam is going bad and causing the cam to vibrate.
Do you have audio on that cam? Can you hear it?

It looks pretty zoomed in, are you getting that effect in both wide and tele? Whilst the fixing may seem solid, when you are in a tele zoom like that even minute movement can cause shaking of the video
