Hello.
I just switched from Comcast to Frontier and replaced my router and modem as well. I have the erros pro 6e router from Frontier. I got my camera system setup about 6 years ago and haven't had to mess with it much. I am inexperienced in IT and network setup but I did manage to get everything set up with the help of everyone here. I have 4 Dahua cameras, a poe switch and a separate computer running blue iris only. I haven't had to do anything in years and when I swapped everything out I knew this would be a challenge for me to get back up and running. So I have everything else in the house back up and running but have spent a few hours on getting my cameras and blue iris up. In this scenario what would I have to do to get everything back up running. I have config tool up and it recognizes them. Do I just need to modify the IP address in the config or in the blue iris settings?
I do see on my new router app that it is DHCP by default. I included some screen shots.
Any help will be gladly appreciated.
