New IPC-HFW3849T1P microphone doesn't work

Hello everybody,

I installed IPC-HDW5442ASE on the channel 3 and setup Audio setup on . The sound is ok. I can hear it from SmartPSS very well.
I installed my new IPC-HFW3849T1P on the channel 2 and I setup Audio Setup the same way but NO sound in the SmartPSS or mobile phone.

Could you help me where is the problem?

FWIW, the audio setups are different; one is G.711, the other is G.726.

According technical specification IPC-HFW3849T1P supports both codecs G.711A and G.726 .
I tried both of them and result is the same . Audio doesn't work.

Yes, sure but I need to check if I set everthing correctly.

if those audio options are checked and still no sound, then its 100% faulty

I wrote to Dahua guarantee support.
It is very strange I have never met any problem with Dahua products.
