NEW DBpower IP CAM cannot work with Blue Iris Ver 4

I have tried many different configurations and still cannot make it work.

Using ODM ONVIF Device manager I was able to get thefollowing info from the camera:


Brand Name on camera is DBpower

Manufacturer: Happtimesoft

Model Number: IP CAM
Hardware Revision: 1.0
Firmware Revision: 2.4
Device ID: 123456
IP Address: 192.168.0.122:80
RTSP Port: 8554

ONVIF Port: 8000
ONVIF: Enabled

MAC Address: 00-15-01-28-CD-2F

ONVIF Version: 2.42

URI: http://192.168.0.122:8000/

Live Video Steam: rtsp://192.168.0.122:8554/1.3gp

Encoding and Resolution: h264 1280x720


Video Stream work correctly from Device Manager and PTZcontrol.






When Blue Iris Ver 4 Inspection is Run:

HTTP 12029
Checking for common cameras...
Foscam FI86xx/98xx compatible?

Foscam FI89xx compatible?

RTSP port open?
RTSP port detected!

Done




I setup VIDEO for Blue Iris as follows
IP Address: 192.168.0.122
Http Port: 80

RTSP Port: 8554

ONVIF Port: 8000
Type; Generic
Steam: RTSP/H264/MPG4
Tried video Steams:
/
/1.3gp
/192.168.0.122:8554/1.3gp
BUT NONE WORKED




HELP:



CANNOT GET VIDEO



Any suggestion on different settings?

What error do you see? Double check the username and password.

using the tool ONVIF device manager everything works the IP CAM, so username & password are correct. When setting up with Blue Iris the error message is: RTSP: 415 UNSUPPORTED MEDIA TYPE, NO SIGNAL.

Then you are entering the stream incorrectly. Post an image of your path..Post an actual screen shot of the configuration page.
