New & confused!

Just bought a couple of Hikvision Turbo cams

Below are the three wires I am presented with.

Obviously one is power, the other two are some form of output. Which is best to use, and what style cable?

Which camera model is it? The top connector isn't something I've seen on mine and I have a good few of the turbo hd.

Use the grey bnc for hd image, the black is standard analog.

The image was actually from google, my device has a barrel jack for power.
