New Cam won't PTZ on BI, others will.

Got 2 new cameras (DS-2DF8836IX-AELW). They are 4 k PTZ and picture show up after auto scan and trying all HIKvision make and models. Sound works. and they control for several browsers just fine.
In BI, the frame turns yellow but nothing happens after pan request.
Currently using Generic /ONVIF : RTSP h264./H.265/mjpg/mpeg4. no pathCamera video encoding is H.264 and plus is off.
I dropped frame rate to 1 fps to clear constant yellow frame.
Have older PTZ by HIK and they work and use a different format.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What is are ptz settings in BI?
