I know that it's sometimes helpful to see people do youtube videos (good or bad) so I thought I'd share what I just found. It looks like "Cajoling Technologies" just recently did some new BI vids. Maybe these can help people that need it.

Is it good advice though? I see he's recommending turning off substream, frame rates of up to 30fps etc.
