network cable splitter

hello to all, small questions, I already have 4 dahua cameras on a poe injector, I would like to add a ptz, are there any splitters for the network cable where I could connect to an existing camera or need to install another network cable on my poe injector?

The issue is most PTZs need more power and thus POE+, so that adds a wrinkle with a splitter.

Something like this will work if you have a power source that can provide the power needed (POE+ and the total power needed of the other camera and PTZ does not exceed the capacity of the POE+ port):

What is the model of the PTZ so the power need can be determined?
