Netkeyboard DS-1600KI password reset

Hello, I have a net keyboard ds-1600, but I don't have the admin login password. Can I reset it ?

According to the manual here, you can you use the Hikvision Tool SADP to reset the keyboard's password. Go to "2.2 Change Password" in the manual and follow the instructions.

Good evening, the steps you mentioned, I have sent a text message to them, they curse the file so they can unlock it for me, however, the e-mail from hikvision support was that it is not possible to unlock it, they do not unlock it for individuals or installers.

Which is the main reason why I don't buy or install their products. Sorry I could not be of any help.

BTW.......Just WHO do they unlock it for?

I've good luck with the USA site a few times. Last one is a used NVR I bought and they sent me to files to reset the password from Submit a ticket . YMMV if it works but in my experience I've had good experiences with Hikvision i.e. they sold me a few replacement lenses for cameras I have.
