need somone to unbound my hikvision

I see where you asked @Jamil to "unbound' your Hik on another thread, here.
Is that because you registered it to an account of the OEM such as Ezviz and forgot your login credentials?

pm if your serial number if you not unbound your nvr. I can ask hik to remove it. and also include a pic of the device with the serial sticker.
