Need some help with FTP transfer of still shots

Based on this guide I think i have it setup properly

If im understanding correctly
Channel 1 should be sending a still every one second, in the ftp settings page it passes the test and it creates a directory on my ftp server named after the date but it is empty.

Im assuming "Regular" is the correct setting for time based uploads as opposed to motion or alarm right?
