night vision is really bright i try lowering the contrast and light but still getting very bright lights at night. im lost and confuse trying to manage the balance but i have no luck. i have a ptz with motion tracking. can anyone help?

Update: i went tonthe camera settings was able to enable the WDR wide dinamic range and it did improved by 80%. Thank you.
Now i must it clicked something in the BI settings but my subjects (highlight or rectangles) are not been follow completely. BI is able to detect and follow but up to the time allow to the particular setting (preset ot auto patrol.) Can you please point me to setting that needs to be adjusted. Im burnt out already. LoL
