Hi,

I have a Hikvision 3MP dome cam with audio.
However, my pigtails for audio and alarm have been ripped off. So now 1 have a bundle of coloured wires.
I want to install simple indoor mic to it. with no extra power.
Does anyone know the color scheme for it? My mic has 2 wires, one white copper cable and a string of copper wires (ground?)
I dont know the correct scheme to install it.

I found this online. But since I have only 2 cables, what is mic + and - for?

Lead Color
Purpose
Blue Alarm In
Green Alarm Ground
Black Alarm Out
White Alarm Out Ground
Brown Line Out Right
Purple Line Out left
Red Line Ground
Yellow Right In/Mic +
Orange Left in/Mic -
Grey Mic Ground

If you had the terminal block version it would have 4 terminals (IN, G, OUT, G). That is Input MIC, Ground, Output MIC and Ground.

So I would assume MIC+ is MIC input. Wire up your microphone to MIC+ and ground. If that doesn't work then wire it to MIC- and ground.
