Need help with Remote Access

I need help setting up Remote access. Going through the Wizard, the final test fails with 403 forbidden error. I can open my webserver locally in my browser and the server's port checks out from the outside. I m able to access my cameras individually via browsers from my android and windows laptops. I use an IP Cam Viewer to manage my cameras using my Smartphone but would love to switch to the Blue Iris app. What am I missing?
 
Is it resolving to the correct IP address? I would do an NSLOOKUP on your DNS record, and also verify your router is configured for port forwarding.
