Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I moved into my brothers place and he hooked me up with his Lorex doorbell cam. I installed the app and everything but it doesn't seem to be working. I have all the notifications set, but there don't appear to be events, or if they do, I get a couple from the day before but again, no notifications. I park out front so it should be catching me coming and going on the app. I have gone over every inch in the app and can't see nothing else to set or change. The app is updated as I just installed it.
His app seems fine. He was playing with mine, and he can't figure it out either. Not sure if this means anything but attached is the device info. Not sure where to go from here...
Edited to add, we both have android phones (Samsung), not sure if that is even relevant.
