need a tech expert

hi everyone i am looking for someone to setup my cams to work on pc and phone i have been pulling my hair out trying to set it up i have 2 nvrs one running hikvision still cameras and the other one running a dahua ptz cam.i am able to view them through the nvrs i was once able to view them on my pc+phone but instalation of a new router i am now unable to view i have nbn and a static line . i live in pearcedale victoria and am willing to pay a tech to sort this out
