Interesting. How the heck do they display on the monitor through an NVR. Is it one channel or takes up 3?

its a single 4k wide feed coming out of the camera, just not 4k tall.. It'll use just 1 channel but it'll require a NVR that can handle 4k video

On NVR600 series you can make your own camera display. So for example you can merge 3 windows to make one wide panoramic window.

I wish that pano camera gave out 3 1080p streams instead of a single scaled down 4k.. Should be 5760x1080px, but its been scaled down to 4096x832

So this camera wouldn't even work in my 16 channel NVR. Not sure of the Dahua equivalent to the model rebranded Dahua is a
NVR-ELC-16-DH.

nope, that looks like a old 4216 before they came out with the 4216-4k and now the 4216-4KS2
