Must PTZ for long range distance?

Hello all,

I need to capture things from a distance of about 200-220 meters.

I'm not interested in an expensive PTZ camera with all its features. (like pan, tilt, zoom, tracking...)

I'm interested in a fixed lens. Is there such a camera?

I have never seen a fixed lens camera that can effectively reach out that far. I think a PTZ camera is going to be required even if you only need to cover a static position.

I've been looking for the same thing. Although it's not a fixed lens, this 6.5-143mm with 1/1.8" sensor seems to fit the bill:
