Both vehicles are Hyundais, and in the first video it looks as if the rear passenger window may have been broken out. Given the age of the vehicles, I assume they used the "Kia Boyz" trick to steal both cars. Yuppers as the person walked to the passenger side to see if the Sonata had a start key or start button.
