MoveFile Error 2: in log for non-existent clips

As per the title, I’m getting many errors in my BI log files for MoveFile Error 2: and from what I can tell the error is for files that I don’t have (BI didn’t create them) below is a small sample from the log file and also a sample from my source and dest file system.

I have all my cams set to cut clips at 2 hour intervals so most files names are in the format of;
camname.yyymmdd.000000.bvr
camname.yyymmdd.020000.bvr
camname.yyymmdd.040000.bvr
camname.yyymmdd.060000.bvr

The odd thing is that the move errors related to filenames 1 min before what I'd expect them to be called and I don't ever see files by these names in my source (new clips) folder.

I think my issue might be related to this what-causes-multiple-clips-for-same-time - I guess I'm having the issue where file/clip stub is created in the DB but no real bvr file and the move job is trying to move non-existent clips
