Motion sensor light triggering alerts

I've tried to configure the motion detection to get around this, but I can find the right combination of settings to prevent an alert from being generated in the scenario shown in this video:



I've increased the make time, changed the % of lighting change, etc. Is there a sure-fire way to prevent the system from triggering? This light goes off and on all night and I get an alert each time.

I tried that as well. The entire area in the upper right is blocked out.

I should double check here... the area that is not green is the blocked out/masked area, correct? Most of the mask is green with just the upper-right in black/non-green.
