Model : Feedback needed - DHA IPC-HDW2230TASS2 2.8MM

G’day
Can anyone give me some feedback on this model please.

It claims to have starlight technology and supports poe. I plan to build a 4 camera blue iris system for home.

They seem to be almost half the price of the hikvision exir led 2mp poe turret.

If you are concerned about Night Captures, a 2mp camera with a 1/2.8" will do a much better job after dark for a few dollars more.
Better yet, A 4mp 1/1.8" sensor will do better still, such as any of the 5442 series of cams from Dahua, again, not that much more money.

Thanks looney , the 5442 cameras do not seem to be available in South Africa at all. So I am searching for an equivalent spec camera under the dahua brand or Hikvision.
I will go of the specs of that 2mp 5442 series and search for it in South Africa. There is allot of rubbish they seem to be selling in RSA.
