Mobile devices disabled?

So you paid $10 for the BI mobile app from your mobile play store and have set the BI app on your phone and can see your cams? If so, it will populate the phone automatically into BI at this location. This is a separate charge outside of the BI program itself. You can only buy it from your phone's app store.
This isn't UI3 where you log in via a browser.
If you paid for the BI app and you still don't get the phone to show up in BI, then you need to email support per the link in the BI app or the BI program on a Windows computer. This site is not affiliated with BI.

Did you read the instructions in the BI app on your phone?
Also, did you read the instructions in BI pertaining to the mobile app.
It will work when you get it all setup correctly.
The phones will show up in that window after the first time you connect with the app.
