Missing PTZ Controls

I have just connected my IPC-HDBW4431R-AS Camera. I am missing PTZ Controls

Whats wrong?

My firmware: 2.420.0000.22.R, Build Date: 2016-12-09
Switch: Linksys LGS308P

Well, maybe the reason is, that this model is no PTZ cam

But in description I have information that it can:
Pan/Tilt/Rotation Range
Pan:0˚~355˚; Tilt:0˚~64˚; Rotation:0˚~355˚

How can I change view angle?

You have to unscrew the dome and manually adjust where the camera is pointing.

haha I might as well post this since he has a dome...he'll might need it.

@Remi please give this a read if you have foggy image on your camera at night after you adjust it, it talks about how to prevent IR reflection on dome.

Sorry now I knew how ridiculous my question was but it is my first ip camera and I was used to standard wifi cameras where ptz is almost always available

you dont need ptz, its a gimmick...you wont be watching your cameras 24/7..

You are right. There is one camera were it could be useful for me in my installation but it is not such a huge issue.
