Missing footage

I recently changed one of my cameras to a IPC-T5442T-ZE and every minute or so Blue Iris time will freeze and footage will not record (for 15 seconds or so and then the video feed either goes to No Signal or the time catches up with the feed) even though through the browser interface I see the clock continue - is this something that is a known issue? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Try increasing the buffer in BI for that camera.

If that doesn't fix it, then provide more details.

• CPU (i and number of the CPU)
• screen shot of BI camera status page that shows MP, FPS, KEY, bitrates, etc.
• Are your cameras passing through the router or are they isolated from the router by either VLAN or dual nic in the BI computer?
