Missing alot of my motion in clips

Purchased the full version, using Direct to Disc, 20FPS set on the Cameras

Have set the I Frame to match my FPS.

For some reason the clips are jerky and the clips miss motion, such as a person walking back to the camera after they just walked away.

CPU around 20%

Cameras are Dahua 5231R. H265.

Theres an option under 'RECORD' called Pre-Trigger Video Buffer, its set to 0 Seconds for all cameras.

You might want to try 2 seconds on the video buffer or you may miss some things, experiment with the time. On the "Trigger" tab what is your break time set at?

I'm still a new guy here, but H265 could be the problem. I have the same cameras and have FPS @15 and record to H264 and everything looks great. Good luck!

Its sec to 10sec for break time.
