Mini PTZ 10x Setup

I just got my 10x PTZ today. It showed up in SADP and I changed the IP and gateway to match my local network settings. I am able to login to the cam using the IP I assigned to it and admin/admin credentials. However, the picture does not show up (solid black). I am using Firefox, as I've never been able to get those camera pages to work properly in Chrome. When I set it up in Blue Iris (using settings found here), it says no signal. I am powering it with PoE using this switch and this injector. When I plugged it in I observed that the camera started moving around on its own, which I believe is normal behavior on boot up. This is where I ordered the camera.

Any idea what I need to do?

Nevermind, it started working on its own. No idea why, I didn't change anything.

It won't work with Firefox, you need IE. Not sure about Chrome.

Seems to work fine with Firefox for me now. Chrome says the plugin is not supported.

Try add-on extension "IE Tab" for Chrome (https://www.ietab.net/)! Working perfect!
