Microphone stopped working on Hikvision DS-2CD2420F-IW(2.8mm

Hi I have a few IP cameras Hikvision DS-2CD2420F-IW(2.8mm)

Everything worked quite fine and then suddenly on one of the cammeras the microphone stopped working. I can turn on the two way audio option. I can hear sound from the room but my voice is not going there. Before it worked, and I do not know about any change I did. And it is the same with all other computers from which I am connected to the camera.

All other cameras are still working the same. Is there any option to turn microphone off (maybe somebody did that accidentally). Or where can be the problem?

what does this mean? try disabling the noise reduction in the audio settings..

Eh, sorry, problems stays but I am stupid The problem is actually not with microphone but with reproductor on the camera.

do you mean you cant hear sound coming out of the camera? from the speaker? post you camera video/audio settings...

Hard reset the camera to default and try again

I just tried the hard reset but it does not help at all. Do you have any other suggestion?
