This doesn't happen to me all of the time but sporadically I will get push notifications to my phone showing me there was a line cross, but when I open the Hik-Connect app and go to messages there is nothing there. Usually all of the line crosses show up under messages right as I get the alert. Now the messages tab is just staying blank. Does anyone know what's going on? It hasn't done this to me in awhile, but it just started again today and I don't know how to fix the issue. All of the other times this has happened I just waited it out and it would just start working again. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

I find this occurs whenever I delete messages from the application on my iphone. What seems to solve the problem is rebooting the NVR and signing out and back in again on the app. This is annoying, but seems to work.
