Meaning of &TYPE macro

I'm using the following the macro. &TYPE in an email ALERT. The result is "MOTION_AH". When I use it and receive an email. I understand "MOTION", but I don't understand the _AH. What does this mean ?

The MOTION AH means that the motion was in Zone A and Zone H of your camera configuration for zones.
