Mass convert of BVR files

We had to document the use of an entrance for about 36 hours; both Highway traffic and about 500 cars using the entrance. You can imagine the number of files.

Is there a way to mass convert the BVRs to a mainstream format?

You can select the clips you want to convert from the clips on the right side of the screen and right click in that area and select convert/export and it will convert all that are selected for you.
 
I'm trying to do the same thing but somehow the option Convert/Export in the right click context menu is disabled (grey)? I can still click on the little "Convert/Export" icon when in viewing mode though.
