I have a couple of DH-IPC-HDBW13A0EN-W cameras and have set up motion detection - which is SORT OF working...but I am only getting partial
recording. I need help with configuration and I can't find clear guides/manuals. I am a newbie and don't even know what 'snapshot' means
(just as an example of my ignorance, I presume this is when you save a still photo at a particular time...).
I see some people going through the doors I am monitoring but I miss either their entrance or exit.
If they are going out they have to first come in, and I don't see that sometimes.
Sometimes I miss the going out, sometimes the going in.... so it is not the environment.
Anyone know of a really great tutorial/document that tells what each setting parameter means/does AND
what to set it at given certain common conditions/needs?
