Also, that sure is a lot of garbage cans given the number of garage doors.

Each house is given two regular garbage cans and one recycling unless of course you request more for two and three flat apartments. Most of the cans don't make it a year with out getting set on fire by people for some reason or destroyed by the i can't drive folks.
In winter they are great barriers to protect your garage also for the nuts that think the alleys are streets
