Make audio come out of PC not camera?

I have a cheap camera with no speaker and when I talk to the camera through the app it comes out of the PC running the software.

My new camera has a speaker and audio comes out of it but SUCKS lol I want to route the audio back to he PC but cant. Am I missing a setting? I tried writing to BI but they wont respond.

Never mind I fixed it

I change my amcrest PRO HD camera to the following

Make: Generic
Model: RTSP H.264/MJPG/MPEG4
Video path: /cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif

Now when I talk to the phone app the audio comes out of the PC and the picture looks just as good
