Dose anyone know if I can purchase the PCB Assembly with new pigtail for an Axis M3025?

If So where...
And Is it worth it, or should I just replace it.

Untrained installer pulled pigtail from board....

where is the original cable ?

You will not find the PCB unless asking Axis for an expensive price, you'd better resolder a new pigtail but if it is untrained installer that did this then let him pay for the repair.

If re-soldering failed. Only Axis have the spare cable, they will replace the unit if it is still under warranty and if they consider this as a one time exception.

your soldering skills need some work. Practice on some old junk electronics / get better equipment.
