Lyft responded back with this:
"I am really sorry to hear that one of our drivers disposed garbage in your backyard. That type of behavior from a drivers is completely unacceptable in the Lyft community.
While I can't promise that every experience will be perfect, I can assure you that we're working non-stop to take measures that'll prevent the same thing from repeating."
No detail of any steps taken, but there is some satisfaction in knowing they at least accepted the report and likely took some action, even if only a reprimand.
