LR1002 adapters to use the BNC connectors to Ethernet

Replacing old analog cameras with IP. Current cameras have the piggy back coax with power cables. Do these adapters carry the Ethernet signals, the POE voltage or both? Doesn't seem like passive devices could do both. Sorry for asking basic question but Dahua's write up is not clear to me.

Both. The dahua website is clear. It transmits power and data - otherwise whats the point of all the power specs.
