LPR - Live alert

Hey guys, I'm new to the whole LPR stuff. I'm trying to find an option to enter a whitelist/blacklist of license plates locally, and then also receive the alerts locally - using OpenALPR alert system has a noticeable delay and requires cloud connection, which is not preferable.

Any ideas on what to do?

Dahua makes some cameras with the whitelist db built-in, but I have no experience with them

And some of their brand new Ultra AI series have ANPR capabilities but not certain if they actually store and manage a whitelist?

Try this HIKVISION LPR DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZS(2.8-12mm). You can insert SD card up to 256GB, it has black/white liste involved, HIK-CONNECT/IVMS connectivity and alarm output's.
