Low Resolution Alerts

Hello, my BI install has been stagnant for quite some time. Long story short with the previous google security updates my alerts had stooped working etc. Well I just got around to getting everything up to date, updated BI, etc. I also changed from Deepstack to CodeProject AI. The AI seems to be working well, but for some reason the alerts I am getting are low resolution, and do not contain the burned in AI labels like I used to get. I know I had this issue a couple years ago but I cant remember the fix. Can anybody help? What am I messing up? Thanks,

Looks to me like you have the immediate action set on trigger instead of the action being on alert. The AI burned in image doesn't occur until after a trigger becomes a confirmed alert as far as I'm aware.

Try moving this action from on trigger to on alert.
