Been looking for a cheap low profile box to fit the splitter. Bought similar to this one but larger http://www.homedepot.com/p/item/100197579
With some modifications and painting it's not bad as it fits the splitter and all cabling without leaving much space. I had to mount it sideways because otherwise the bracket is too wide.
