I'm look to replace my current hikvision DS-2CD2347G2-LU with something that offer best low light condition. I was look at this model Dahua T5442T-ZE? or is there something better for low light

The 5442-ZE-S3 series is an incredible low light performer. Most recommended camera.

the local store here mentioned that they carry these brand of camera they are good for low light
Nope that is 4MP on the same size sensor used for 2MP so it would not be a good low light performer.
It would need double the light of the 2MP to produce the same brightness of an image and to get it to that point will then introduce blur and ghosting of moving objects.
